Hi guys I’m Julian.I went to Hokkaido to see draft horse racing last holiday.
I didn’t know draft horse racing.One day my sweetheart showed me that video and she told me to want to go seeing the race.
I was very glad that she has hope.But Hokkaido was very far so it was hard to go.
Draft horse racing can oly be seen in Hokkaido.In the past it couled be seen in several areas.But now it is defferent because of Financial difficulties.The venue is located in Obihiro city, Hokkaido.
It was 2 hours from Shin-Chitose Airport by train.What I first felt when I arrived in Obihiro is that there ware more pople than I thought.
Because it was a festival around the station.I went to the venue by bus for 15 minutes.What I first felt when I arrived in Obihiro is that there ware more pople than I thought.

After that I bought a ticket for betting and went to the course.The course was straigat.And there are two slopes of obstacle.
There were 7 to 9 horses participating per a race.They run with heavy weight even though their weight is so heavy.
When the first time I saw the race, I was so excited by the strength of the horses.Horses sometimes take a rest during the race to charge up.
So the rank of the initial stages may change dramatically.
I enjoyed it whole the day.As a result of gambling I lost a little but it was very fun.If you have an oppotunity to go to Hokkaido I recommend to go there!
